 Странно, на сайте нет ни одной рецензии на релизы этой группы -- на мой взгляд это не справедливо; постараюсь восполнить этот пробел, тем более, что эти ребята никогда особо не меняли своего стиля, колебания от альбома к альбому минимальны, и не превышают пять процентов по шкале упрямого фаната брутального death метала; так что, написав рецензию на последний альбом, я убью всех предыдущих зайцев :). Итак, новый альбом. Типичный для данной банды и не особо отличается ни от предыдущего релиза, двухгодичной давности ("Метка легиона"), ни от более ранних альбомов. Стена звука, формируемая двойными бочками и гитарами, и редкие проблески молний -- бас и акцент на ударые. Играют ребята очень технично; стоит выделить драммера -- он один из лучших в своем классе, реально конкурируя с таким гуру, как многорукий Фло из Cryptopsy. Основная болезнь всех альбомов этой группы это то, что про них всегда скажешь "хорошо", но почти никогда не скажешь "отлично" или "гениально". Структура песен строиться из огромного количества разнотемповых и разнокачевых кусков, которые сменяют друг дружку не реже, чем раз в полминуты; иной раз они достаточно гармонично сменяют друг друга, а иной раз и достаточно эклектично... Как результат -- песни получаються весьма структурно навороченными, что безусловно плюс, но он очень быстро превращаеться в минус с каждой новой песней -- запоминающихся кусков очень мало, структура выглядит чаще всего энтропийно охваченной, и в итоге -- все песни похожи одна на другую как близнецы-братья (лирику я не разбираю, надеюсь, что слова в песнях разные... :)). Имеем: весьма достойная работа, звериная брутальность, техничность, огромное количество идей и ритмов, просто гениальное продюсирование (слушать обязательно на огромных колонках с максимальным звуком), но очень мало оригинальности и запоминающихся моментов. Диагноз: под настроение можно послушать пару треков. С любого альбома. |
